This can create serious cardiovascular problems or depression. Plus, it can totally mess with your immune system making you more susceptible to auto-immune issues, diabetes and migraines.
Researchers are believing that the auto-immune issue is why omega 3s can contribute to preventing breast cancer. Cancers are caused when cells literally go crazy, and an anti-inflammatory agent could play a huge role in calming down those cells. When calmed down the cells won’t start dividing like crazy and the cancer can be avoided.
A daily omega 3 supplement can be good for your overall health and help to prevent cancer. At least they are contributing to more facets of their health like their heart health. The jury is still out on whether or not omega 3 supplements will really help to prevent breast cancer, but its way better to be prepared.
