Hair thinned by constant rotation for years?
I had the habit of always turning my hair for about 4-5 years now and it is very diluted ( stopped up to do since 2006). It has remained the same since about 4 years with no further thinning, I know, it is the rotation, it causes. Is there a Way to repair the damage folicals have done when I and stimulate growth again, or do I go the transplant route? There is really only in the crown Area. Thank you
