A good body shows you care about yourself and that's good. Baldness is probably something you have intended, they – You are who you are, I think. Perhaps your decision on the hair should be on how you feel about it and the practical aspects of it (cost, probability etc of success, time, pain factor), and not worry about it to that attractive women.
