African American Hair, please read and comment?

Hey =) I am an African American women and why all of my hair grow any. While in high school I wore a lot of accounts braids (the individual strands for people who do not know) and I know that after a while I have detrimental its recently cut off all my hair is not bald, but really just hope my hair grow again from scratch and I have recently started wearing my wig I have it currently is not damaged, my hair do whatever I do to make it is to wash it with shampoo and mane and tail conditioner and deep condition I hair with mayonnaise and something like cholesterol. Can someone please tell me how I grow my hair because I funny without it and I want them to feel healthy. If you feel your hair needs washing moisterized and go and do what you do to it need moisture. If you do not want to grease scalp you can put an oil well. I hope I helped!
