You should try to deep condition at least twice a month also i would suggest getting your ends trimmed every month or two. Depending on your hair type is how often you should wash your hair my hair is very dry but i do sports so i tend to wash twice a week but it all depends on you. Also only get your relaxer redone when you see new hair growth otherwise your damaging it further. Make sure you drink lots of water and eat healthy…well eat what you want lol.
