it is not due to your hair lacking moisture. in fact it is your hair type. Please dont take offence to this, but your type of hair can be one of the toughest types to style, deal with etc..
What you need to get is a good de-frizz product, and some good styling products. dont buy cheap because they never work good, i know you only want to spend a few bucks, but you get what you pay for.
When you first style your hair, if it is wet use mousse or another type of product that is for wet hair, style/dry it, then use another holding product and hairspray, this will help keep it styled for a bit longer, i cant gaurentee that it will hold all day, but it’ll be getting close to it.
If your hair is really dry, and kinda feels rough or like sandpaper when you run your fingers down it, try a deep conditioning treatment. you can get them done at any salon or go to a salon and see if they have samples of it that you can use..then it would be FREE
also another option is to actually perm your hair, but i would recommend going to a salon for this as they wil have the best one for your hair type.
