What do you think about 911 Emergency Pak Reconstructor for Damaged Hair ?
My hair is really dry, i tried many hair treatments on the market like Ion, Vo5, Revlon, Matrix…..has anybodu used this 911 treatment?
I think it is a really sad statement about society, and the power of advertising, that there would be a product that would use the term “911″ and “emergency” when describing hair. There are no hair emergencies, unless you are on fire.
